Event Description

MARKET IS NOW WEEKLY! Every Sunday from 6am to midday.

Fresh produce from the Farmer, breakfast, live music and local crafts to browse and enjoy.

At The Gap Farmers market we bring the local village to you, walk down the country 'high street' and enjoy fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables, delicious hand cured meats, with wholesome free-range eggs, fresh Italian pasta, artisan specialty cheese, gourmet fresh breads and cakes, local organic foods, fresh squeezed juices, spices and much, much more! Don't forget your green bag for all that shopping!

The Gap Farmers Market offers much more than fresh produce. Nestled under the shady trees you can enjoy a relaxing morning with delicious food and fresh coffee. There are family-friendly activities, a selection of live local artists playing original music, and an incredible range of hand crafted items that offer perfect unique gifts!

Free entry, ATM on site and ample parking on the school grounds.

Did end up going and, while it was small, there were some good stalls for fresh produce, food etc. Even some GF donuts

Sounds wonderful. Much as I like living here, DBay does seem to be well out of the swing of good events like this.

Seeing as I am reliant for the time being on others growing my goodies I have been keeping an eye open for good Farmers Markets...this looks like it has possibilities. Can't go this weekend as visiting a sick friend.

GrowVetiver is a plant nursery run by Dave & Keir Riley that harvests and grows Vetiver grass for local community applications and use. It is based in Beachmere, just north of Brisbane, Australia.
