Event Description

BLF members - please wear a name tag and post a recent pic of yourself on this discussion - we will aim to meet up for morning tea at The Natural Foodstore cafe on the Oval at 10am.

The Real Food Festival is a fantastic celebration of the wonderful variety of food that Sunshine Coast producers, manufacturers and restaurants have to offer, and a brilliant way to talk, taste and buy from them.  With stalls, demonstrations, discussions, hands-on and other activities throughout the weekend, the Festival has something for everyone and is a great way for people to support the best of Sunshine Coast regional food.

What makes our Festival so special?

Authentic

  • Enjoy nourishing food - passionately prepared by food enthusiasts who live in the region - right on the doorstep of where it is produced

Relaxed

  • Immerse yourself in the beautiful ambience and natural environment of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, away from urban busy-ness

Connected

  • Celebrate with us the shared benefits and great friendships formed along the food chain

Will hold you to the pic-posting Jane :)

Was very nice to meet you in person. I love how the site puts us in contact with like minded people all over the place.

Excellent :) winners all around.

don't worry - I'm not footing the bill, I'm donating the site revenue - which always gets donated somewhere, so it's no difference to me :)

Comment by Lissa on August 29, 2012 at 5:23

BTW - don't expect you to foot the bill for the badges Scarlett - we can charge the small amount for each it costs to have them made.

Nice pic Jane - you do look a bit different without the beret.
