This is a Special EVENT, GET TOGETHER . Followed by Lunch at the Cafe'.
REDLANDS' INDIGISCAPES CENTRE
Birdwatching is encouraged through the use of binoculars in a cushioned viewing area overlooking the creek.
Many of the old favourites are still present, with a Native Plant Nursery running near the entrance to the centre, an extensive playground to the left of the centre, a Bush Tucker Garden, and Bush Walking Options that are friendly for people of all ages and abilities.
The Tallowwood Walk takes approximately 20 minutes return, and ends at a lake teaming with Turtles, Wild Birds, and Water Dragons. The shorter Wildflower Walk is a 10 minute return loop.
Although the Discovery Centre and Cafe' open at 10am each day (except on public holidays), the nature walks are open at all times. Early morning visitors may be treated to the sight of Wallabies. Koalas are present in the tree tops at all times, and staff often place signs beneath the trees to alert when one has been sighted.

Hi Everyone, I had to be readmitted to hospital and have only come home today. I am sorry but as I have nurses coming on Sunday so will be unable to join in on this event. If there are any of the maybe's wanting to go I think it might be best if you could contact each other through your inbox on BLF to see if there is anyone wanting to go out for the day.
I do have couple of people interested in having a GV at the end of this year but everyday it seems less likely it will be this year, I will keep you posted, perhaps it might be a nice idea to have a picnic in a park for End of Year, get some fresh air. Let's hope next year is a Safer, Healthy Year and this nasty virus is hit on the head.
Always add photos using the "From my computer" option, even if you are on a mobile phone or other device.
