Event Description

Saturday, 23 July - Sourdough Making with Lactic Fermentation Workshop. 9.30am – 4.00pm.

Presented by Elisabeth Fekonia of Permaculture-Realfood.

This workshop will have participants making sourdough bread, sauerkraut, kimchi, lactic fermented fruits, nuts and seeds and a batch of wine made from fruit.

This is a very hands-on workshop and there will be plenty of taste testing during the day.

Morning tea and lunch are included as well as a manual with all the recipes and step by step instructions on how to make your own at home. Sourdough starter given away at the end of the day.

Anglican Church Hall, 1 Miva Street, Cooroy.

Cost is $80 for early birds; $85 for bookings after July 16.
