This one day workshop will have you making your own sourdough bread, sourdough pikelets, sauerkraut, kimchi, fermented fruit paste and a batch of wine made from fruit. Lactic fermentation of food is the best way to get healthy intestinal gut flora through your daily diet. Digestive enzymes are also created in these foods so that these foods will greatly aid your digestion. Participants will take home some sourdough starter and a manual. Morning tea and lunch are included and bread will be for sale at the end of the day for $4. Cost is $95 and a $40 deposit will secure your booking.
Always add photos using the "From my computer" option, even if you are on a mobile phone or other device.
