The workshop will be held from 1-4pm in the beautiful kitchen garden building at the Samford Valley Steiner School, Samford, Brisbane on the 8th December 2012.
In this hands-on workshop, participants will be shaping, baking and tasting sourdough bread,
buns and pizza bases. The workshop covers:
The workshop will be run by Daniel Kearney, a very experienced baker using sourdough.
What else is included?
Participants enjoy locally grown herb teas, organic coffee, sourdough buns and bread, sourdough based pizza with organic ingredients and takeaway recipes for the different dough’s made at the workshop and new leaven to get started.
Registration and booking instructions
Price of the 3 hour workshop is $40. A portion of this workshop fee will be donated to the Samford Valley Steiner School garden for fruit trees.
