Event Description

Learn how to make easy sourdough bread and sourdough pikelets. Also on the day making sauerkraut, kimchi, lactic ferment of buts, seeds and fruit and a batch of fruit wine. This very hands on workshop will be fun and easy to learn with plenty of taste testing on the day. Cost is $90 and includes a manual, morning tea, lunch and a manual.

Sounds like you are already on the right track! Yes numbers are limited to 20 bookings. If you would like to book in can you do this through my website? It will take a $40 deposit to secure your booking. I look forward to hearing from you.

Would love to attend... Have started our own S/D starter & have made a few loaves including Sprouted wheat ones as well as 1 batch of fermented veggies.. Are the numbers limited ??

No worries, close friends of mine are in Cooran, so I'm up that way a bit anyway. Myself and a friend of mine are looking to attend your workshop, but it's a bad time with college for funds at the moment. Do you adertise your Cooroy classes on this site too? Thanks so much.

GrowVetiver

Vetiver grass helps to stabilise soil and protects it against erosion.  It can protect against pests and weeds. Vetiver is also used as animal feed. (Wiki.)

GrowVetiver is a plant nursery run by Dave & Keir Riley that harvests and grows Vetiver grass for local community applications and use. It is based in Beachmere, just north of Brisbane, Australia.
