Join Sasha to learn why are certain veggies advertised as being better for you than another? What is a super food? People are consuming veggies without truly understanding what their bodies get out of each one. At the end of this 3 hour workshop, you will be able to identify and select the most nutrient dense plants to consume and you will have a clearer understanding of the impact of various nutrients on the human body.
Sasha is passionate about nutrition and medicinal herbs. She completed her Permaculture Design Certificate in 2015 and has been studying in the field of nutritional and western herbal medicine at a tertiary level. Sasha has a keen interest in sharing her knowledge, empowering others to grow nutrient dense foods at home.
