School holiday activity - Creek Creatures

Come and learn about our waterways through dip-netting for the interesting creek creatures that live in Downfall Creek. 

While learning about biodiversity play a creek game, and create your own creek creature to take home using clay and natural materials.

Bookings open on Monday 7 December 2015. Bookings close at 11.59pm on Tuesday 5 January 2016. Maximum: 12 participants.

Requirements: Basic fitness is required to walk on hilly pathways and some stairs. Participants must wear a hat, fully enclosed walking shoes that can get wet, sun smart clothing, sunscreen, and insect repellent. Bring drinking water in a reusable bottle. All children booked in as participants MUST be accompanied and supervised throughout the session by an adult carer/guardian.

Age: This activity is suitable for children 6 – 12 years.
