South Bank’s signature food and lifestyle event, Regional Flavours presented by The Courier-Mail, is back for its seventh year showcasing the very best that Queensland has to offer in a feature-packed, two-day festival on 18-19 July.
Regional Flavours will feature free entertainment from celebrity chefs and industry experts; gourmet fare from some of South Bank’s most renowned restaurateurs; and fresh produce from more than 80 of Queensland’s best producers and providores.
Visit the eight unique venues where you can experience al fresco dining as its finest, expand on your culinary knowledge, take your love of meat and malt to the next level, indulge in the best of the state’s artisanal food and wine, or embrace your inner farmer.
The event will give you the opportunity to hear from special guests including Matt Preston, Adam Liaw, Alistair McLeod, Lola Berry, Matt Kirkegaard, Paul West and Miguel Maestre, as well as music from an abundance of emerging local talent.

GrowVetiver is a plant nursery run by Dave & Keir Riley that harvests and grows Vetiver grass for local community applications and use. It is based in Beachmere, just north of Brisbane, Australia.
