or Sunday 6 July 9-12 Mapleton on the Sunshine Coast

Learn to prune citrus, mango, avocado, stone fruit and lots more, the right way!

You’ll learn the correct pruning techniques to produce strong trees and bountiful harvests.  

Avoid cutting off the wrong bits and losing a season's worth of fruit.

Know when to prune each type of fruit tree for best shape and optimal health.

I'll have a swag of gorgeous sharp pruning tools so can to try your hand at them.

(If you can’t come, then you must send your partner to learn the essentials and stop the random chop!)

Hi Linda - you might want to check the date for the Birkdale workshop in Event details - currently it says 14th 9am to 15th 12pm. Just needs to be edited.

VETIVER COMMUNITY PROJECT

Vetiver grass helps to stabilise soil and protects it against erosion.  It can protect against pests and weeds. Vetiver is also used as animal feed. (Wiki.)

The Vetiver Community Project is a plant nursery run by Dave & Keir Riley that harvests and grows Vetiver grass for local community applications and use. It is based in Beachmere, just north of Brisbane, Australia.
