Event Description

Saturday 20 January 1-4.30pm

Preserving Your Summer Bounty

-How to dehydrate fruits & veg to create delicious meals

If you grow your own vegies, fruits or herbs, or if you frequent the markets, you’ll often have too much to eat at once.

Dehydrating is an easy and cheap way of preserving the goodness without the need for additional freezer or pantry space.

At this class I’ll show you how to use a dehydrator or your oven, to preserve and create the most delicious foods, both savoury and sweet.

We’ll make wraps, roll-ups, soup, sauces and main course dishes, as well as yummy snacks. It’s hands-on and helpful for all cooks and gardeners. You’ll receive a booklet with the ‘HOW TO’ and my favourite recipes that we make on the day.

$70

Book by calling Linda 0416157470 or email linda@ecobotanica.com.au
