This fabulous fermented pear chutney not only tastes good, it's good for your gut health too.. 

I have 3 spots remaining for the Ferment and Preserving class coming up on Saturday 19 March.

GrowVetiver is a plant nursery run by Dave & Keir Riley that harvests and grows Vetiver grass for local community applications and use. It is based in Beachmere, just north of Brisbane, Australia.
