Event Description

A Permaculture Design Certificate (PDC) Course at Northey Street City Farm gives you knowledge and skills for designing productive gardens and properties, growing your own food, applying appropriate technologies, using resources wisely, rebuilding community values, and generally reducing your impact on our precious planet.

Participants get an overview of permaculture ethics, principles and practice, with an emphasis on design, as well as significant hands-on practical experience.

Cost: $1250 (Full) / $980 (Health Care Card Holder)

Early bird prices available for full payment one month in advance, and discounts for Northey Street City Farm members.

GrowVetiver is a plant nursery run by Dave & Keir Riley that harvests and grows Vetiver grass for local community applications and use. It is based in Beachmere, just north of Brisbane, Australia.
