9:30am – 12:30pm: Miso, Tempeh and Soy Sauce Making Workshop – with Elisabeth Fekonia

Learn how to make your own miso, tempeh and soy sauce from organic soy beans! These are traditional fermented soy foods that are safe to eat in small quantities and give many life giving properties that aid your health. Taste testing available and also including handouts for all participants.

Please bring a notebook and pen.

GrowVetiver

GrowVetiver is a plant nursery run by Dave & Keir Riley that harvests and grows Vetiver grass for local community applications and use. It is based in Beachmere, just north of Brisbane, Australia.
