Event Description

Learn how to make old fashioned and modern organic miso as well as tempeh and soy sauce. Participants will be actively involved making miso and tempeh from scratch and everyone will have a soy recipe to cook up for a soy good lunch. Cost is $95 per person and everyone will take home two tubs of miso made on the day.
