The May Seed savers garden meet and greet is at at my home at Chermside on the 23rd May 2010. Visiting time is 9 am to 12 pm. My gardening is mostly for food, and I have only a small backyard. I am pleased to say we have achieved a few basic goals in the garden. Having visitors does get one motivated to do those odd jobs. Things are looking nice and tidy at the moment and the vege beds are mostly full.
The usual seed swap is on, and I have a few extra plant seedlings to sell / give away as well.Chermside west is outside the fire ant zone.Coffee or tea provided. You are welcome to bring a plate of morning tea to share.
I will demonstrate the irrigation drums and drippers that we are using in the garden for those interested.
All BLF members welcome.
Those attending will be emailed the address.
