Learn how easy it is to make your own cheese at home.
Together, we will make feta and ricotta during an afternoon of cheese making fun.
Notes and recipes are provided. I am also a distributor for Green Living Australia so can provide you with cheese making kits and other equipment that you might need.
Limit of 5 places only.

Andy, thanks for the lesson on Sunday, I believe I have benefited from this already and will definitely benefit very soon when I make my next feta, and now ricotta will also be on the menu.
And thank you for all the sights and tastes of McDowall Manor which made it a very enjoyable and informative afternoon.

Vetiver grass helps to stabilise soil and protects it against erosion. It can protect against pests and weeds. Vetiver is also used as animal feed. (Wiki.)
GrowVetiver is a plant nursery run by Dave & Keir Riley that harvests and grows Vetiver grass for local community applications and use. It is based in Beachmere, just north of Brisbane, Australia.
