KIDS FUN ACTIVITIES WITH GAYLE & AMBER
Join us for some garden activity fun.
We will start with a garden walkabout and talk about bugs and bees, worms and chickens. We will then create some creatures and masks with found and repurposed materials. We will also do some potting up.
Bring food and drink to share if you wish.
Important: Please wear clothes that can be paint & dirt stained… aprons & covers are helpful.
Activities suitable for children aged 5-12. A parent/carer needs to accompany the child/children.

Vetiver grass helps to stabilise soil and protects it against erosion. It can protect against pests and weeds. Vetiver is also used as animal feed. (Wiki.)
GrowVetiver is a plant nursery run by Dave & Keir Riley that harvests and grows Vetiver grass for local community applications and use. It is based in Beachmere, just north of Brisbane, Australia.
