This introduction to permaculture presentation will focus on the permaculture basics. We will be covering the core tenets, permaculture's 12 principles and some examples of current applied permaculture techniques. Presentation will run for around 4 hours and will include morning tea and a basic handout introducing permaculture. Cost will be $35 per person. Booklets with more detailed information will be available for sale on the day for an extra $10. Min people for this event to run is 7 and Max around 15.

Vetiver grass helps to stabilise soil and protects it against erosion. It can protect against pests and weeds. Vetiver is also used as animal feed. (Wiki.)
GrowVetiver is a plant nursery run by Dave & Keir Riley that harvests and grows Vetiver grass for local community applications and use. It is based in Beachmere, just north of Brisbane, Australia.
