Join Kate Sienkiewicz and Michael Lawson as we walk you through all the basics of infusing flavour into your home grown vegetables without loosing their high nutritional value!
Stir-frying is a method which has a lot to do with sustainability. It uses a minimal amount of energy, and retains the maxium amount of nutrient value which would otherwise be destroyed by the cooking process.
By learning the 'tools' used and the ingredients to create a full flavour you will learn why it is said "Chinese eat anything that moves, or dosn't move!"
10am till 12pm
At C.R.E.E.C.
150 Rowely rd. Burpengary
