Event Description

Tracey Bedford

This will be a fun, treat day, so come and join Tracey as she shares her expertise in food, health and nutrition.  There will be a demonstration on how to care for our bodies by making delicious healthy treats that will have all the family wanting to participate as well. Bliss Balls and  Raw Chocolate & Coconut Cake are some of the delightful treats that Tracey will be demonstrating on the day – there will be food tastings too, so bring along a small plate and spoon!!

Tracey Bedford, a qualified chef, has been mentored by some of the best chefs from around the globe and has worked as a hotel chef for many years. Today her world, and her passion, is about implementing nutritious food as medicine for the body; she believes our relationship with food needs to be healthy and, with a personal belief ‘health is wealth’, she encourages us to make friends with energy ‘super-foods’.

These FREE events and workshops are open to everyone in the community, there is no need to book a place.  Bring along a notepad and pen for taking notes. If the workshop involves a food demonstration, we also ask that you bring along a small bowl and spoon for food tastings.
