Event Description

Join organic specialist Linda Brennan and embark on an explorers trail through the gardens where you’ll search for the edible herbs most suited to using for hedges, edges, spillovers and more. They'll enhance your garden while providing you with a bountiful harvest for your next meal!

It will be an exciting morning exploring some of the more unusual herbs you can use with excellent effect in the subtropics

After the exploration, we’ll make a delicious fresh herby morning snack and make billy tea from Linda's fresh home herb harvest.

Meet at Mt Coot-Tha Botanical Gardens, Mt Coot-Tha 

Meet outside the front entry to Botanicals Café

 WHAT TO BRING

Comfy shoes, pen and paper,  sun protection, hat and water.

Its part of Active Parks so is a free event, but you'll need to book with Linda for catering purposes
