In this workshop, Oriole Morgan will demonstrate how to turn fruit, vegetables, bush tucker plants and edible weeds into yummy green smoothies to raise our stomach’s hydrochloric acid level as well as helping to improve digestion and food absorption.

Come along and learn how to reduce cholesterol levels, high blood pressure, pain and dis-ease naturally, by simply adding smoothies to your lifestyle. Oriole will also show you how to make raw macadamia 'cheeze', 'nut mylk', cashew butter and pumpkin soup. As there will be a taste testing of all the food, please bring along a mug and spoon.
