Event Description

The Spice Of Life

Gourmet and Wild Gardening at Tukka Restaurant

Sunday 5 June at Tukka in West End

Food garden expert Linda Brennan from Ecobotanica and Executive Chef Bryant Wells combine their passions once again, to bring you a unique culinary and garden experience.

We’re opening the Tukka wild food garden and restaurant and garden to 12 gourmets who would love to cook and grow fragrant culinary herbs.

What does the experience include?

We’ll create a flourishing new organic herb garden at Tukka. You’ll learn how to be a green thumb herb gardener extraordinaire so you can grow a flourishing, pest free garden at home. You’ll be the envy of family and friends when you produce a gourmet meal with your own exotic produce.

Bryant then invites you into the restaurant for a cooking class using the herbs he weaves into his award winning dishes. You’ll learn how to prepare unforgettably delicious, restaurant quality dishes with herbal flair!  Afterwards, enjoy a meal that includes the tantalizing delights you’ve created with a glass of wine to enhance your experience.

It’s just $125 for a truly Gourmet Food and Gardening experience on 5 June 2-4.45pm

This exclusive experience is limited to 12, so book now with Linda on (07) 33492962
