Event Description

Garden visit for this month is at my place at Strathpine.

(Lou is unable to attend as guest speaker.)

THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED TO DO - Visit and join Garden Visit group to receive the email with the address closer to the date.

Please bring chairs if you desire comfort. A small amount of  food and / or drink to share, hats etc.

Bring along any spare seed, cuttings or crop to share or swap.

Ok Andy we can't have a cheese tasting without wine, so I'll bring a bottle of my ---"Mulhermitage" and a bottle of that mulberry Muscat that Lissa likes. I'll be bringing some Cangkok Manis cuttings, a few parsley seedlings, and a yellow passion fruit seedling.

Joseph is coming around one day to marcott some of my fruit trees so there might ultimately be more to share around (depending on our success!).

GrowVetiver

Vetiver grass helps to stabilise soil and protects it against erosion.  It can protect against pests and weeds. Vetiver is also used as animal feed. (Wiki.)

GrowVetiver is a plant nursery run by Dave & Keir Riley that harvests and grows Vetiver grass for local community applications and use. It is based in Beachmere, just north of Brisbane, Australia.
