Saturday, 11 June - Food Connect Fermented Foods Workshop. 10.00am - 4.00pm. 

Learn the art and science of making fermented foods in a hands-on manner, and how to use fermented foods in many healthy delicious ways.

Dr Chris Miliotis will be running the workshops, to share the health benefits of fermented foods.

$195, including a fermenting vessel valued @ $30, starter culture valued @ $60 and a fermenting manual with recipes.

GrowVetiver is a plant nursery run by Dave & Keir Riley that harvests and grows Vetiver grass for local community applications and use. It is based in Beachmere, just north of Brisbane, Australia.
