Fermented food has been around for millennia. The fermentation process turns basic ingredients into wholesome food full of enzymes which are so beneficial for human health. In this workshop you will learn how to make your own fermented food in easy and quick ways. You will make Sauerkraut to take home. Please bring a sharp knife, chopping board and 3 medium glass jars with lids.
