Workshop 3.0 Fermenting jams, sauces, relishes, mashes and  ice cream

$60 includes workbook and morning tea

This workshop is suitable for those who have some experience fermenting. Learn how to ferment red onion relish and zucchini relish, cucumbers, sweet potato mash, fruit jam and applesauce. Learn how to ferment fruit ice cream and turmeric lime soda and gummies. You will learn how to control fruit fermentation and how to make easily digested, probiotic fermented foods suitable for babies to seniors.
