You will learn how to control fruit fermentation to make delicious jams and sauces, how to make tasty relishes and mashes as accompaniments to all meals,how to make flavoursome ice creams,how to make fermented drinks and jellies,about easily digested, probiotic fermented foods suitable for babies to seniors. Did you know that when fruit and vegetables are fermentedthey become an easily digestible, probiotic, tasty and nutritious food? These fermented foods  have a low glycaemic index which helps regulate blood sugars and produce the feeling of satiety.   $60 includes workbook and morning tea.
