Learn how to ferment porridge, rice, lentils and beans. Learn how to make sourdough starter and use it in breads, muffins, cake, pikelets, pizza bases and pasta. Did you know that when grains, legumes and beans are fermented they become an easily digestible, tasty and nutritious food?
