Workshop
Edible Weeds and Herbs
Dee Humphreys
9.30 am
Dee Humphreys has spent the past seven years exploring practical uses for a range of herbs and weeds that grow easily on the Sunshine Coast. She and Ian run the 'Garden of Eatin', where they teach people through educational Garden Tours. The focus is on eating what they grow (edible gardens), and Dee's enthusiasm for using all things 'green' for our health is infectious.
BE AWARE ..... If you come to this workshop you may leave with a new-found respect for your weeds and actually celebrate them popping up in your garden!
Always add photos using the "From my computer" option, even if you are on a mobile phone or other device.

GrowVetiver is a plant nursery run by Dave & Keir Riley that harvests and grows Vetiver grass for local community applications and use. It is based in Beachmere, just north of Brisbane, Australia.
