I was interested in going to this but it is too far away for Graham to take me for only 2 hours.

Now after I read this I am sure I read in another place that it was actually Cooking with the Sauerkraut. I have phoned the number supplied and they will get back to me regarding this.

It is how they advertised it, grabbed my attention too, at least they mention ferments in the description. I still eat mine warmed up, don't thoroughly cook it these days as I'm more aware of keeping the beneficials...

'Cooking' sounds a bit weird for this event. I recall when I made Sauerkraut, I had no idea until Expo 88 that it was traditionally served hot.

GrowVetiver

Vetiver grass helps to stabilise soil and protects it against erosion.  It can protect against pests and weeds. Vetiver is also used as animal feed. (Wiki.)

GrowVetiver is a plant nursery run by Dave & Keir Riley that harvests and grows Vetiver grass for local community applications and use. It is based in Beachmere, just north of Brisbane, Australia.
