Event Description

Do you know how to make a quality potting mix? What to feed crops in pots to keep them healthy & productive? What edibles suit container gardens? What to plant over summer? These are just a few of the questions I'll be answering in this FREE workshop.

Discover the perfect way to grow herbs and vegetables in compact spaces.

  • Learn how to use a variety of containers to grow tasty food with minimal space and time requirements.
  • Find out which plants grow best in small containers and what time of year to plant them.
  • Learn how to prepare soil and fertilize to get the best results.
  • Be inspired to start your very own low cost, edible mini-garden.
  • You'll see examples of micro gardens that make the perfect living gifts - herb baskets, salad bowls and potted berries. With Christmas fast approaching, this workshop may inspire you to make your own edible presents!

Free, but bookings essential. Click here to book online or phone.
