A 2 hour talk about which chooks are best for your family and lifestyle, which coop will suit your yard, health issues and chemical and natural alternatives, care of your chooks, feed options, quirky stories and demos of how to hold your girls, feed a worming tablet and clip their wings. A light and informative practical talk that will have you leaving feeling comfortable about getting started with Chickens. We will also have a live native bee hive on display for all budding gardeners to look at.

GrowVetiver is a plant nursery run by Dave & Keir Riley that harvests and grows Vetiver grass for local community applications and use. It is based in Beachmere, just north of Brisbane, Australia.
