Event Description

Regular three hour cheese making seminars are held at the Albion Peace Centre at Windsor. The next ones are for the 6th of September. Haloumie and other fermented dairy products such as cultured butter, yoghurt, kefir and sourcream and making a feta cheese and an introduction to fermented foods. Cost $45 each.

GrowVetiver is a plant nursery run by Dave & Keir Riley that harvests and grows Vetiver grass for local community applications and use. It is based in Beachmere, just north of Brisbane, Australia.
