Join Stewart in this short demo as he teaches you how to add complex flavours and aromas to your spirits using various forms of oak and give them a silky smooth mouth feel with glycerine and glucose. There will be plenty of Brewers Choice hospitality provided, so bring a friend, it’s FREE!

Their events are usually pretty good.  They do provide great hospitality.  Don't forget this mob also sell cheese kits, cider making stuff, beer wine and spirit making material, sausage making, jerky, chocolate etc. They will hit you up a gold coin for a good charity - I can live with that.

VETIVER COMMUNITY PROJECT

Vetiver grass helps to stabilise soil and protects it against erosion.  It can protect against pests and weeds. Vetiver is also used as animal feed. (Wiki.)

The Vetiver Community Project is a plant nursery run by Dave & Keir Riley that harvests and grows Vetiver grass for local community applications and use. It is based in Beachmere, just north of Brisbane, Australia.
